My 1st book, Beach Blessings, has been published!

Standard

Hey, everyone! Letting you know what I’m up to!

In my 1st book, Beach Blessings, I share my thoughts about God while enjoying and photographing His beautiful scenery at the beach. The beach gives me time to relax and savor the moving of His Holy Spirit, while listening to the contemporary Christian music on my phone.

I’m praying my book will bring Holy Spirit peace and calm to your heart as you drink in God’s beautiful scenery and learn of His faithful promises to you.

Please feel free to comment, ask questions, share prayer requests, or declare praise reports, when you’re directed by the QR code to my YouTube Channel at the end of my book, or simply share your thoughts while on this blog.

Please take a moment today to listen to the beautiful music and lyrics to: “Beloved” by Jordan Felice and “Testify” by needtobreathe.

Psalm 150:6, “Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.”

To get an autographed copy, or copies, of Beach Blessings, simply click on the PayPal button. Each book is $15.00 (+ shipping and handling).

Here’s a great idea, purchase two, keep one and give one as a gift!

Beach Blessings has 6 chapters, contains beach photos taken by me, along with Scriptures, contemporary Christian song suggestions to listen to, and devotional questions at the end of each chapter. Great for Bible studies.

My 2nd book, Let God Build It, and my 3rd book, a Christian fiction illustrated children’s book, called The Little Star That Couldn’t Shine, will both be published soon, also.

God-Given Vision!!

10-4-14 Servolution at RLC 027

Recently, the Holy Spirit spoke clearly to me…

About the vision I received from God…

Concerning our “ALIVE! Worship service!

https://godssceneryandpromises.wordpress.com/2014/07/14/vision-from-go…-alive-worship/

He said to me,

“Your vision from God is not meant to be a one-man show!

God’s talking to other people at the same time…

Giving them a hunger to serve Him in other ways to fulfill His Plan…

Then He brings all aspects together in perfect harmony to complete His vision…

When it’s His vision…

It’s a beautiful thing…

Completely orchestrated by Him…

It’s no longer just your vision from Him…

It’s His vision for all of you…

A vision for His Kingdom!

Wow!

Now, it can LIVE…

And move as He gives it breath…

As He puts life into it!

Dry bones will come together and walk…

As He puts motion into nothing…

Something lifeless…

Comes ALIVE!

Let Jesus live in you!

Dream your vision…

‘Til it’s given back to Him…

He’ll create something from nothing!

Listen, Obey, Praise!

He dwells in the Praises of His people!

Let God’s vision go where it will go…

Let God take it to the heights…

You couldn’t take it on your own!

As it rises…

Let it soar…

And watch what God can do with it…

With you!

And the team God has placed around you for His glory!

He’s given these people to you to work with…

Help them catch God’s vision, too…

Encourage them…

Pray for them…

And let them soar…

Along with the vision of God!

Hand it all back to God…

He’ll entrust it back to you!!

Be His servant…

He’ll be your God!

Be His hands and feet in this world…

You are no longer a one-man show!

You’re reaching out…

With the power of the God of the Universe…

Leading you…

Cheering you on!

Rest in His Plans!!”

Amen!

Recently, I’ve also read these powerful words by T.D. Jakes…

“God has moved on

You can’t plan your future…

If you’re hanging around the tomb!”

“Pray about moving into different dimensions…

Where you’ll grow…

Learn new things…

And be challenged again…

It’s time to move to the next level.”

“Your ceiling…

On this level…

Becomes your floor…

On the next level!!”

I highly recommend his book…

A Fish Story!!

Standard

My husband caught this fish today!

A Black Drum…

Approximately 40″

It took him about 20-25 minutes to get it to our neighbor’s dock…

After he accomplished that…

Our neighbor, Wes, had to take the fishing rod…

My husband was spent!!!!

His size 10 shoe is in the picture for comparison…

After snapping these photos…

He went home to take a nap!!!

Ha!

The occupation of fisherman is quite labor-intensive!

Strain, long hours, and often little results!!

It takes persistence and dedication to the task…

His fishing always seemed so easy before…

I guess it’s the catching that’s hard!!

John 21:3

“I’m going out to fish,” Simon Peter told them,

and they said, “We’ll go with you.”

So they went out and got into the boat,

but that night they caught nothing.”

Matthew 13:47

 “Once again,

the kingdom of heaven

is like a net

that was let down into the lake

and caught all kinds of fish.”

John 21:10

Jesus said unto them,

“Bring of the fish which ye have now caught.”

Don’t just go fishing…

Catch some fish!!

If It Takes A Leap Of Faith…Dive In!!

Standard

Thirsty for more of God???

Go find God’s wild, rushing, flowing river…

Even if your heart is racing…

And your knees are weak…

Walk to the edge…

Don’t  turn back!

When your feet have left the ledge …

 You’ll hear His voice…

“It’s time to take that leap of faith!”

Yes, Yes, Yes…So here I go!

I’m diving in!

I’m going deep!

In over my head!

I feel alive!!

So sink or swim I’m diving in!

With God’s supernatural power…

The mighty river flows…

 Bringing the dead to life…

Fills my empty soul…

And gives my heart the only thing…

Worth living and worth dying for!

His awesome power…

The grace of God…

Let’s let ourselves get swept away…

Into this holy flood…

Take my hand…

Close your eyes and count to three…

And take that leap of faith with me!

Come on let’s go…

Don’t know what that scary leap looks like to you, but…

Get ready to dive!!!

I promise you…

Have faith!

He won’t let you sink!!

command me to come to You on the water.”

So Jesus said,

“Come.”
